Mode of Administration
Twice on empty stomach, milk should be taken after half an hour.
Have 1 spoonful 1-2 times a day according to need. Healthy people can have it with milk but people with cough, asthma should have milk only after some time of having Chawanprash with turmeric. They should not have milk immediately.
