Ingredients: Triphala choorna , Same quantity of Amla (Emblica officinalis), Baheda (Terminalia bellirica); Harad (Terminalia chebula), Kutaki (Picrorhiza Kurroa), Nishoth (Operculina turpethum), vidanga (Embelia ribes) , Shuddh Guggulu (Commiphora mukul), Shilajeet Sat (Asphalatum), Babool gaund (Acacia arabica). All these are natural herbs and do not produce any side effects.

Half an hour before meals or one hour after meals with hot water.
